At WoofTroop, we make our treats fresh after you place your order. Every order is prepared, packed and dispatched with your dog’s freshness and safety in mind.
Here’s how it works.
How We Make & Pack Your Order
Your treats aren’t sitting in a warehouse. Once you place an order, we start preparing your batch, baking, cooling, preparing and packing it properly before it leaves our kitchen in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Cookies
Cookies are freshly baked to order and packed in an airtight ziplock cookie packet.
We aim to prepare and pack cookies within 2 days of receiving your order.
Meals
Dog meals are freshly prepared and chilled before dispatch.
Meals are best consumed fresh within 36–48 hours of preparation. If you are not serving them immediately, refrigerate them promptly. You can also freeze them in an airtight container for up to 10–12 days.
Dog meals are currently available for delivery only within Ahmedabad.
Cakes
Celebration cakes are made to order.
After you place your order, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your dog’s details, cake requirements and preferred delivery slot.

We currently deliver across Ahmedabad.
Fresh products such as dog meals and celebration cakes are available only within Ahmedabad so that we can maintain their freshness and quality during delivery.
Other Cities in India
We currently ship cookies to other cities across India.
A minimum order of 5 cookie packs applies to deliveries outside Ahmedabad.
Fresh products such as dog meals and celebration cakes are currently not available for delivery outside Ahmedabad.

Delivery Timelines
Delivery time has two parts: the time we need to prepare your order and the time it takes to reach you after dispatch.

For shipped cookie orders, the actual delivery time can vary depending on the destination and courier service.
We will send you a WhatsApp message when your order is ready or on its way.
Please note: Delivery estimates may vary because of weekends, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Free delivery on orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a ₹100 delivery fee applies.
For deliveries outside Ahmedabad, shipping charges and applicable order requirements may vary depending on the destination.
The shipping charge applicable to your order will be shown during checkout or communicated before dispatch.
Once Your Order Arrives
Cookies
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
Keep the packet away from moisture, direct sunlight and heat. Always check the product label for the best-before date.
Meals
If you are not serving the meal immediately, refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.
Use within 36–48 hours when refrigerated, or freeze for up to 10–12 days.
Thaw frozen meals in the refrigerator — not at room temperature.
Cakes
Cakes are best served fresh.
Store them in the refrigerator and use within 5 days, unless the product label or specific cake instructions state otherwise.
Important Delivery Information
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
Someone should be available to receive fresh meals and cakes when they are delivered.
Once a fresh product has been delivered, proper refrigeration or storage is the customer’s responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or appears unsafe to consume, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
